SIAM Welcomes Jeannette Kube

The team here at SIAM has grown recently, bringing aboard Jeannette Kube as the Technical Support Engineer.

Jeannette is currently a student at Drexel University majoring in Computer Security and Technology with a minor in Business Administration, and will be working at SIAM for the next six months as part of the Drexel University undergraduate co-op program. Jeannette is from nearby Bucks County, PA, and previously worked at Richie May & Co., as well as AnnieMac. Post-graduation, Jeannette will be on the job-hunt, and says she's open to following a good job anywhere, even if it takes her way from the Philadelphia area.

As the Technical Support Engineer, Jeannette's responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults within SIAM’s information systems, installing and configuring new hardware and software, and troubleshooting customer technical issues.
