Critical Aspects of Sustainability (CAS): Innovative Solutions to Climate Change
This Dear Colleague Letter welcomes proposals for forward-thinking research that will demonstrably aid in the Nation's goal of reaching net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and developing approaches for adapting to the change that is already occurring. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
* reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy use
* energy innovations relevant to climate change mitigation
* enhancing greenhouse gas sequestration
* strategies for climate change adaptation
* cross-cutting topics focusing on technology and workforce development
