Eugene Levner holds a Ph.D. in computer and systems science from the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union. He is an emeritus professor at the Holon Institute of Technology in Israel. Levner’s research explores robotic scheduling, scheduling theory, algorithm complexity, and soft computing.
