SIAM Annual Meeting (AN16) is right around the corner, kicking off next week in Boston! Who’s getting excited?! We sure are. In preparation, we want to tell you about the 10 things you cannot miss at the meeting – from SIAM staff. We look forward to seeing you in Boston!

  • Start off by attending the Opening Remarks and Recognition of SIAM Student Paper Prize Winners and SIGEST Authors on Monday 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM in the Grand Ballroom - Concourse Level

  • Stop by the Communication Doctors Booth on July 11th and 12th and chat with representing mathematicians, science communicators, and educators about how to turn your complex research into a story that appeals to the public - get the schedule 

  • NEW! This year the SIAM Annual Meeting will feature up to 25 e-posters. These are large electronic displays that you can plug your laptop into to show rich, interactive material at the poster session. See more information on the submissions page

  • FREEBIES! Receive a free t-shirt boasting the SIAM Journal on Applied Algebra and Geometry (SIAGA) at the SIAM booth when you sign up for e-Table of Content (eTOC) Alerts for this newest addition to the journals library
