Hans-Joachim Bungartz

Hans-Joachim Bungartz is a full professor of informatics and mathematics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), dean of TUM’s Department of Informatics, TUM Graduate Dean, and a board member of the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre. He is an initiator and coordinator of the Software for Exascale Computing (SPPEXA) program, and his research is on scientific computing with a focus on high-performance computing.
