Elena Rovenskaya

Elena Rovenskaya is director of the Advanced Systems Analysis Program at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis and a research scholar in the Department of Optimal Control at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia. Her scientific interests include theory and applications of optimal control, as well as economic-environmental modeling.
